These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MG777 platform, including all games, betting markets, account services and payment processing. Please read everything carefully before you register or make a deposit.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your MG777 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and any instructions submitted through the account interface.
You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. Do not share your login details with any other person. MG777 will never contact you by email, live chat or any other channel to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.
If any of your personal details change — including your contact number or payment method — you are responsible for updating your account information promptly. Outdated information can delay withdrawals and account verification.

Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. Once a deposit is confirmed by your payment provider, the funds will appear in your MG777 wallet. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. If your account has not been verified, MG777 may hold a withdrawal pending submission of required documents. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw before completing wagering will result in the bonus balance being forfeited. Real money funds can always be withdrawn subject to standard verification requirements.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino and table game contributions vary and are stated in the promotion-specific terms. Sports betting contributions are also specified per promotion.
All sports bets placed on MG777 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other available markets — are subject to the following rules:
MG777 reserves the right to void any bet where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum play requirement is met; or there is evidence of match manipulation or irregularity. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's real money balance.
For PSL and T20 matches, a match must complete the minimum number of overs required under DLS rules for match bets to stand. Specific market rules — such as top batsman, total runs and method of dismissal — are governed by individual market rules available within the sportsbook.
MG777's casino and slot games are provided by third-party game studios and operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of MG777 and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
In the event of a technical fault — including disconnection during a game round, display errors or game freeze — MG777 will use the game server logs to determine the correct outcome. The server-side result is considered the authoritative record. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.
MG777 is not responsible for any loss of winnings arising from network connectivity issues on the player's side. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on MG777 and will result in account suspension, voiding of bets and withholding of balances pending investigation:
MG777 cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities where fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity is detected. Accounts involved in such activity will be permanently closed and balances may be frozen pending investigation.
MG777 may suspend or close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to protect the integrity of the platform. During an investigation, funds in the affected account may be temporarily frozen.
You may request to close your MG777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing, any outstanding real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Active bonus balances will be forfeited on account closure.
If you wish to take a break from gaming, MG777 provides self-exclusion options ranging from temporary cool-off periods to longer-term exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly.
